Sastojci
: 500 mešanog mlevenog mesa(svinjsko i juneće), 2-3 crna luka, 3 čena belog luka, malo ulja (3 kašike), 1 kašika suvog začina, 1 mala kašika soli, 1 velika kašika crvene paprike, ljuta tucana paprika po ukusu (1 mala kašika)

Uzmite oko pola kilograma mešanog mlevenog mesa i stavite ga u veću činiju. Dodajte dva crna luka i pomešajte rukom da se sjedini. Dodajte 3 kašike ulja i 1 kašiku suvog začina. Sve to dobro izmešajte rukom da se masa ujednači, a ukusi izmešaju. Dodajte 1 malu kašiku soli. A zatim 1 kašiku crvene paprike i 1 malu kašiku ljute tucane paprike. Masu dobro sjedinite i podelite na 4 jednaka dela. Oblikujte pljeskavice rukama. Pljeskavice trebaju u sredini biti tanje, a na rubovima malo deblje, na ovaj način se neće skupiti prilikom pečenja. Ispecite ih na roštilju ili ako ih pečete u tiganju koristite gril tiganj. Ako nemate, možete peći i u običnom tiganju na vrlo malo ulja.
